The baseline for this project was to deliver a more efficient office management product to IRC.

The Recruitment Database

eBoss deployed our standard database for IRC. Augmented with deep-search features, consultants are capable of discovering the most suitable candidates in seconds. Every shortlist is optimised with top talent. Client satisfaction is at an all-time high.

Connectivity is an advantage that can easily be taken for granted in the digital age. But it becomes an enormous factor when it is gone.

eBoss communications tools are built for consistency in performance. We have integrated multiple comms channels into the database UI (user-interface) itself. It means that the standard eBoss deployment adequately addresses all of IRC’s communication and outreach requirements – of which there are many.

The agency is now capable of sending important notices to colleagues and consultants in real-time. Notes are attached to relevant candidates, clients and contacts and ensure no piece of data is overlooked. IRC can launch a mailing campaign from within their database – so they are the first out of the blocks when a new job comes in.

IRC’s consultants connect with candidates via SMS or WhatsApp – again, sent from within the eBoss UI.

Outcomes and metrics

For Independent Resourcing, a successful implementation of the eBoss system would be one that improved client satisfaction, and reduced admin tasks. These objectives tally with what IRC director Lewis Greene describes as the company’s ethos: “We never over-promise; just deliver.”

With these somewhat open-ended goals, the case did not provide any immediately obvious metrics against which success could be gauged. Yet it was not difficult to judge the outcome, once the IRC offices were running eBoss.

Significantly Reducing Overheads

Administrative tasks including reporting, resource allocation, and issuing reminders are now all automated by the CRM system. IRC Estimates that, at present, eBoss is managing a workload equivalent to three back office support staff. The reduction of company overheads is not insignificant.

This system provides unlimited scalability. IRC has the capacity to keep growing. As it expands, its eBoss CRM system will scale in unison. Growth inevitably creates new paperwork, and increases the volume of existing admin. It has therefore been critical for eBoss to position ourselves as always beneath the costs envelopes of a growing enterprise.
